Our time in Cambodia will be split between Siem Reap and Phnom Penh.
We want to get sim cards as soon as we arrive - not for international roaming, just local calls and perhaps international SMS. Where should we buy these? and will the one card be ok for both SR and PP?
We'd also like to get an international phone card (call the family on Christmas Day) - any advice about these?
