I liked Kampot in Cambodia. Was small, quiet, beautiful and not over run with tourists! Sihanoukville just next door much better if you're after a party town! But be careful in Sihanoukville, there are a few scams, but if you're sensible you'll be fine.

Mui ne - Phan Thiet in Binhthuan province (South Vietnam) or Quan Lan - Halong bay in Quang Ninh province (North Vietnam) is best choice for you
