Travel Insurance Over 80 (Australia)

A mate of mine who emigrated to Australia is having awful trouble finding someone to insure his 82 year old Aussie gran-in-law (or should it be great-mother-in-law?) for a forthcoming trip to New Zealand. Apparently she's a spritely young thing and is completely mobile (not to mention as sharp as a pin mentally), so she doesn't need any special considerations, but a lot of the popular insurers won't cover her, with many of them stopping cover at 79.

Being a traveller and a geek he's asked me to look into it for him as a favour. I thought it might be a great chance to compile a comprehensive list for those looking for travel insurance over 80 to save them from the hassle he's gone through.
