Bali Palm thai talk

Hi all,

i am headin over to thailand; specifically phuket soon and was wondering what sayings/words/phrases would be worth knowing?

i thought no thankyou would be useful how would you say that...?

any help would be appreciated.

Note: If you are a female, change Krub to Ka.

A phrase I found useful was mai nam tan (no sugar please). Thai drinks can be diabetes-inducing!
