How much is a taxi ride from Airport to kata? The hotel is offering a pickup at 700B. Can i get lower than that at the airport?

price - what you can do instead is walk out of the terminal and look for a regular metered cab (do not recommend getting unofficial / unlicensed taxis as you might get robbed or worse) - normally a good place is the departures drop off area upstairs as you can find those dropping off people about to fly out.

I have recently seen a report from someone who caught a meter taxi from the aiport to Kata for 430baht.
Look right when you come out the airport and you will see the meter taxi stand
