hi,
my bf and i are doing thailand for 10 days in febuary. i want to see most of thailand as we dont get the chance to travel often. my itineary is
bangkok for 2 days travel to phuket to go to phi phi island for 4 days and then travel to koh samui to attend full moon party for 3 days and then back to bangkok to go home.
is this a good idea? will we be strap for time? and will i enjoy places if i stay such short times?!
please help before i book my flights & accomodation.

That's a lot of travelling in 10 days. If you want to go to the full moon party. I would just keep my trip to Bangkok and Samui/ ko phan gan. It is a wonderful time of year to be in Samui. I would soak it up and spend as much time there as possible. If the full moon thing isn't compulsory, you could do Phuket/Phi Phi instead but I wouldn't attempt both as the travell between will eat up too much of your precious time. I am posting a travel report on fodors dot com in the asia forum of our time in Phi Phi and Ao nang earlier this month. I will spend some time going into Phi Phi in detail if you care to have a look.

defo go to phi phi, it is the most beautiful place i have ever seen, although it has changed alot in the last year everyone is still as friendly as ever and the sunsets are just wonderful. defo visit the beach where the sunsets, there is an italian restaurant right in the beach and is perfect for watching from. amazing! i haope you have a wonderful time, im jealous! thailand is the best place ever!
