Hi Guys-Im new to the forum. Have been to Thailand a few times, and have just bought a sensationally cheap flight (jetstar) for a month in August '08.
We're planning on going further south this time to Ko Lipe. We're happy for a bit of rain , but more concerned with how many of the bungalows and restaurants are closed down ?
Any advise would be apprieciated.

Nearly everything will be closed, plus it will be quite difficult getting there as well with nearly no ferries running.
