Default Nice place to stay in Kata? Boomerang Village?

I was very happy in "Full moon bungalow in Kata, last year! I give the link, so you can see what kind of place it is.
Fullmoon Beach Resort

Now they don't rent any more! Just sold every room exclusively to a Scandinavian agency. This is a pitty, as i had a large beautiful bungalow with a lot of privacy. There was a pool, and you never felt like in a hotel! Also a big fridge to stock my beer and wine, tv, dvd and more. 1800 baht/night.

So I need another place. It is going to be difficult, because it was in the center, without hearing any noise in the room. I saw the Boomerang Village website, and it did not look bad, especially the cottages! But the only turn down is that they are on the wrong side of Patrak road, that is difficult and very dangerous to cross every time!

So if somebody knows the place, or has another suggestion, it is welcome. Just don't like a classic hotel, and a place with children.

Thanks!
