Hi!

We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) looking for a house in Chiang Mai for the February 2012 month. We just spent the last 2 months in Krabi Town, and it was more difficult than expected to find a house here.

I've spent a few hours on the web trying to find a nice house, but it seems as difficult as it was for Krabi Town. We would be willing to pay a maximum of 45 000 Bahts for the month, but are looking for something clean and fully furnished near the center of Chiang Mai (since we do not have a car). We need at least 3 rooms, high speed internet and hot water for the shower.

Anyone got suggestions of websites or persons to contact so that we get help with this?

At least you are not trying for a house around Christmas and New Years when there are about double the amount of tourists around.

Perhaps a cheap hotel with adjoining rooms if the price ends up the same. Or a serviced apartment.
