No one can - the exchange rate varies by the second. Your bank may use a daily set exchange rate, but you still cannot know this in advance.

Many banks also load the rate in their favour, typically by a percent or so or add a service fee.

Bank foreign currency exchange rates - Compare currency exchange rates across banks

One thing to note, at the bottom of the list, is that the difference between the best and worst is about a half a percent.

I dont understand that...could u give an estimate 27 baht to 1 au$ or 29 to 1?

Click the link Curt posted and select "1 AUD to THB". It gives you a list of the latest rates. Of this moment they currently range between 32.45 and 31.16 Baht to the Aussie dollar.

Yes, at the top is a pull down button, where you set currencies.

The main point I wanted to make is that whatever bank you use, wherever that branch might be located, the rates are set and vary little between banks. For the average tourist, it isn't worth shopping around.
