Oh yes I hear you sister I live ten minutes from the international airport and often feel my heart sink into my boots when i see Thai or Garuda take to the sky.

I have never ever wanted to be on Ko Samui Jaxw! However I do have a flight to Bangkok in a couple of weeks....then.....well you lot won't be hearing from me much for a couple of months that's for sure.

You'd hate where I'm going Jaxw .... extremely hard to get to, no shopping, no electricity, no running water, no tourists, dirt cheap accommodation with the friendly (Muslim) locals, stunning beaches, fairly frequent earthquakes and the most spectacular snorkelling in the whole world. Not Thailand of course.

After that I'm hoping to go island hopping a bit , get to even more off the beaten track islands... my only problem is that no one speaks English in that part of the world apparently, hmmm wonder if I'll actually be able to eat or find somewhere to sleep?????? ....or find out when there's a ferry back to somewhere with electricity and a phone signal. Never mind I'll worry about wee details like that when I get there.
