There are clothing, shoes, handbag wholesalers in the Pratunam area. There is a mini garment district not far from the Baiyoke Tower Hotel. Many of the street vendors get their stuff from wholesalers in this area. There are shipping agents in this area too.

What you must investigate is how much customs duty you will have to pay and any shipping documents you need for items sent to your country.
