Question Grand Palace and related museums in one day

Hello,
The entrance ticked for Grand Palace include as well the Emerald buddha both at Tha Cheng Pier as well as the Tronehall and Vimanmek at Tha Thewet Pier. Questions:
1. Is it feasable to see all in one day? Seing the hours, I only have between 9 to 3:15.
2. Is the entrance ticket valid for 1 day only or I can use it the next day to see the remaining museums?
3. Any place in the area where I can have lunch? (Around Pier #9 or #15)
Thanks
Sylvia
P.S. Special thanks to emdee and roving rabbit for the wanderful restaurants reviews. I still have to figure out locations for some of them.
