Default Luxury accommodation in Bangkok!!

I’m looking for luxury accommodation in the heart of Bangkok. If it’s close to shopping mall and with convenient transportation links, all the better! Please advise me.

How much do you want to spend per night?

Basic room with air starts around 600 in Bangkok but you can also get rooms over 6000 baht per night.

Here are a few suggestions:
Top 10 Luxury Hotels in Bangkok - Bangkok Most Popular Hotels

Not on the list is the Landmark Hotel on Sukhumvit. Not far from restaurants, malls, street vendors, nightlife and supermarkets. Also not far from the Nana Skytrain stop.

Also the Pathumwan Princes is not too shabby either. Located not far from MBK and a Skytrain stop.

The President Solitaire on Sukhumvit Soi 11 is in an excellent position on the SkyTrain and near restaurants, bars and clubs. Shop around for deals and you might be able to pick up something pretty decent.

There is also a deal on this forum for the Royal Orchid Sheraton (see the sticky thread at the top of the forum) which I haven't stayed at but which I guess is also in the "luxury accommodation" category.

If you don't want to shell out so much then check out some of the independent self-styled boutique hotels which can offer luxury-style accom but at much more affordable prices.

The Royal Orchid Sheraton is a top hotel right on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. For ultra luxury and a steep price, I would recommend the Four Seasons in the Sukhumvit area. It is the ultimate in luxurious indulgence. It is also close to the Sky Train, pubs, shopping centres, restaurants and markets.

Bangkok has more five star hotels than most other cities so you won't be short of choices.
