Default Loi Kratong-Where to go?

I am spending som time in Pattaya with my Philippine gf. She never seen Loi kratong!

Now I have been to the great festival of Chiang Mai, but wanted to live it sowhere else this time.

Iheard it si also very nice in Ayuttaya. I am staying in Jomtiem with her, so I could maybe take a cab there?

Or is it also "big " in pattya and is it better to stay there? Somebody can help me out? Other places?

I know that they do have Loy Krathong ceremonies in Pattaya. If it is better than Ayuddthaya - don't know - never been there during that holiday.

I do know that they do celebrate every year in Pattaya with the little floats and lanterns because I have been to quite a few. And lots of pretty girls all decked out in traditional dress!

Here is some info from local Pattaya newspapers:
HOME - Pattaya People newspaper Thailand
Search - Pattaya Mail - Pattaya News, Communities, Opinions and much more...

Up to you.
