hey peeps

I need you advice, tips etc. I have never been to thailand b4 and I seem to not be able to find info on the net. I wonder if any of you know of a place, preferably, on the cost (i need the ocean), where i can live cheaply and practice yoga. Basically, I am not looking for a spa, but a quiet friendly place, with yoga school.................any tips welcome
