Hi everyone,

I'm part of Missing Abroad, a UK registered charity working with the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

We're currently concerned for a British Citizen named Paul Balmer. He has been missing since October last year and we have very strong reason to believe he is in Thailand - most likely Phuket.

Paul has been in Thailand for several months now living on Koh Samui.He was last seen on August 3rd and any information as to where he is now would be appreciated

Maybe you can write to Phuket gazette and ask them to put his photo on their newspaper, many people read this newspaper in Phuket.Phuket Gazette – Phuket daily news, events, jobs, classifieds, yellow pages, TV
