Some Thai tour operators really know how to put people off their country. This sort of response to an aggrieved customer is unfortunately all too common place in Thailand.

Like the others who have posted, I have a strong intrinsic feeling that the defensive poster has a pecuniary interest in "Anthong Adventure Tours".

It is good to remember that the internet is a terrific source of reference. If time permits, a "Google" will usually bring up sufficient information upon which to base a decision.

For me, the business lost all credibility, with the mention of Samui !
