Maybe useful if long stay in TH is planned

I'll be in the USA for 3 months. June 01 to August 31

My condo in Jomtien Beach Rd. Plan to rent it out. If you are the right kind of traveler, I'd give you a special deal.

Would make excellent place to relax. and good base for travel north of south from here to make short trips.
