I know a lot of you folks don't stray from the Thailand forum, so you may be unaware of the Accor Advantage Plus
thread. It's a mammoth thread of complaints and counter-defence from members of the aforementioned loyalty program. It's taken an interesting turn in that a sales consultant of the program has joined the forum in an unofficial (out of hours) capacity to smooth over some of the complaints, offer advice and even direct help on individual cases, which is a nice gesture.
If any of you have direct experiences with Accor Advantage Plus, postive or negative, I'd be grateful if you could add them to the thread linked to in this post.
