It must be a good hotel, I don't know. We stayed a bit further, also at KLONG DAO BEACH.

Note this, Long Beach, a bit further is much nicer. The beach is cleaner, more "tropical". We ended even up taking our bike and go there instead of staying at the beach before the hotel.

The beaches in general are a bit less white power sand then in Phuket/Krabi, Phi Phi. I would not stay in Klong Dao again, but Long beach, that is another question.
