Hi all,

I am looking for a cooking course rather than a cooking lesson that only lasts for 1 day. I am looking to make a move into the restaurant business and would like to learn as much as I can about thai crusine. I would really appreciate if anyone could give me some information on schools or places where I can do this. I have already checked out Silom and thai home cooking.
