Hello All. Newbie here

A couple of friends of mine and I (all bachelors) vacationed in Thailand during the Christmas/New year holidays last year. This was first time for any of us visiting Thailand and we had a BLAST OF A TIME!!! Beautiful country, beautiful people, beautiful weather...just every thing was BEAUTIFUL!!! We stayed in Patayya and Bangkok a few days each. I have fallen in love with that country...its heaven on earth for me!!

Well...holiday season is approaching...i know we still have over 3 months but good to plan in advance, and we are planning for Thailand again but this time we will stay in Patayya for the complete duration of our trip. We hope to be there for 10 to 12 days.

I had an idea that we rent a villa/house for short term instead of individual hotel rooms. Since it was my idea, the responsibility of research into it has fallen on me too So here I am asking for guidance from y'all about how to look for rental villa/houses in Patayya. Please help. Thanks in advance!

I don't have a villa in mind for you but be careful if you rent something sight unseen or you could get a place out in the sticks. Even during the high season you can get a room with air, hot water, private toilet, cable TV and maid service starting around 500-800 baht, definitely under 1000 baht. Something close to Pattaya 2nd Road or even Soi Boukhaw means walking to nightlife instead or using 10 baht transportation instead of being held up every time you need a ride somewhere.

I need to rent a villa in Pattaya from 5th April - I only want it 1 month as friends are coming over. I need 4 bedrooms and private swimming pool.

Also require parking.

There are some villa type accommodations in the Naklua and Jomtien area of Pattaya. Here are some advertisements that show up when you do a Google check. You can choose a place or two and then ask for advice on that particular place.
(Like this.) Private villas and holiday rentals Pattaya. Rental property, villas in Pattaya for rent.

There are some luxury hotel accommodations in the Pattaya City area too. Local transportation in the city is only 10 baht.
