Default Watery Mouths

No not alcohol induced (though that has happened) but delicious food.
Ive posted a few photos on some places we have eaten at. But one place I cant find the photos for is Jai restaurant in Khao Lak. Absolutely fantastic and great value. The four of us ate till overflowing, 4 main courses, a large fried rice plus had a couple of drinks each and the bill only came to 500baht.

Another one we really enjoyed in Khao Lak was the Fishermans Bar, here we had 6 mains, 4 beers and 2 juices all for 700baht.

Kru Surit restaurant is a floating restaurant, they provide free longtail boat transfers, it was a great spot, good fresh food, beautifully presented. To get there go to Laem Hin Port (east coast of Phuket Island) walk past the Laem Hin Seafood Restaurant to the old wharf and they will take you over near Maphrao Island. Hardly any Westeners here.
We took a wrong turn and ended up in a huge cemetery so if you end up there its the next turnoff!!!
Anyway most of the info and prices are with the photos. Heres the link

Oh, the food!

Definitely watery mouth time and the cost is almost unbelievable - I can't understand those who go to Thailand and look for the nearest Big Mac saying they don't like foreign food.

Makes my beans on toast tonight very ordinary.
