Hi everyone,
Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong, I cannot use Quick Reply as nothing works, to reply to someone I need to go to Add Reply under their post.

How do you add more than one photo in a post, I could only add a photo from my computer through manage attachemnts and could only add the one and its a thumbnail. So what do you do to add a few and make them show up big.

I cant really help Cathy but I am sharing your frustration.

I tried what Phil suggested on the photo thread and it would not load, maybe my file size is too large. I also tried linking to my flickr url, but it just came up as a link instead of importing the photo.

The thunbnails that I have managed to load onto the site and link to my posts end up so compressed that it just doesnt do the pictures justice.

Please someone HELP, we have soooo many photo's to share.

I too cannot get the Quick Reply to work.

Not sure how it is supposed to be done, but the only way I could figure out how to post multiple photos was to first import them to “Pictures & Albums” within my “User CP”. Then from there I would open the photo I wanted to use. Below the photo is the Picture URL. I copied that, then went back to my post and clicked on “Insert Image” and pasted it there. I then repeated the process for each photo. It’s a roundabout way, and a bit of a pain, but it works

find the photo you are looking for normally saved somewhere like flicker or I use Photobucket which are free - copy the image code for the photo you want to upload - click on quick reply then click the little icon above the message box second from the right which when you hover over it will say insert image - then paste it into the box - for multiple photos just hit enter twice to move down the cursor - then copy next image code and paste repeat for more or add text under each photo before moving to the next one - hope that helps

Quick reply had me stumped too at first!

The instructions in the box say something like "please click one of the quick reply buttons in the posts above to activate quick reply". So you can't just type into the box - you have to scroll up the page, find a post you want to reply to, and click the "quick reply" button inside it. The button is in the bank of three buttons on the right (quote, multi-quote and quick-reply). Moderators will have an extra button, "edit post"

Then as Phil says, once the quick reply box has cleared, copy the location (url) of your photo to your clipboard, and then click the little yellow box of a sun and mountains just above the quick reply box. A pop-up will ask you to enter the location of your image. Paste in the location of your image that you just copied and click OK, and voila! You should have the image code inserted into your reply. Preview your post to check it dsplays correctly and then Submit your post to share your piccies!

A bit user unfriendly at first, but you'll soon get the hang of it!
