Default market

Hi is t he Suan Lum Night Market still open ?
Was to be developed for another shopping mall , just what Bangkok needs !!!! and all stall holders had to be out by April but they stated that they would apeal to goverment as it was crown land and no alternatives were offered , it had not been opened that long and some people had invested what little money they had to trade there , sounds just like the developers had training in the west , happens here quite a lot , all legal the money men see to that .
Back next month , need some more tailoring , thats my excuse anyway . Alan

It had been there for quite a long time, the oldest night market in BKK. The lease ran out. The ferris wheel is gone, it's gone. I believe high end condos are being built. It was getting over priced anyway. There are still plenty of markets around BKK. There was an alternative site offered to the vendors, but most didn't want to move, so not sure how many moved to the alternate site.

I'm glad I took a ride on that ferris wheel last year now. Any idea where they moved it?
