What air line has the best prices to cebu,philippines

Hi i'll be flying into bbk on the 7th of jan.2010 for 2 to 3 weeks then i want to go to the philippines for a few weeks,what will be the cheapest way to get a flight,buying it now here in the states ,or waitting until i get to thailand,and what air line do ya think will have the best price thanks,patrick

Hi Patrick,
i've been looking for sames flights myself , BKK - Phillipines - i found this airline site , they have a promotion on now

-"Under this promo, passengers have only six days, January 12 to 17, to buy tickets. Travel will be from January 31 up to March 16."

have a look u might get a good fare, i cant go at this time of year ,
