Talking Just back report just a bit later

A month in Thailand ... totally spoilt .... stayed in the fabulous Westin Grande or was it the other way round .... fell in love with MBK if that is possible .... was there at Songkran and Bangkok was practically void of traffic and people ... but still very nice to be there where the heat was warm and made you walk at a slower pace which is a lovely change ..... Koh Lanta was still there and the building of more accomodation and resorts made me think that in another few years it will be a busy place and maybe time to look for other places .... I stayed a Pimilai and that was something else ... I'm sure I could cope with at least 10 days at Pimilai ..... the gardens the food the service the everything was great ..... when I win Lotto I shall be of there immediately .... the next stay was back towards Saladan and a lovely week of doing very little .... finding different places to eat by strolling down the beach and my favourite was the Lant Seafood Resturant .... the middle one over the water where al the longtail fishing fleet seem to tie up .... then it was back to Bangkok and one last fling down at MBK and pick up my new glasses ... and a long weary trip home to NZ .... but all very fabulous ...now it's rugged up in the Far North waiting to be a grandmother ... cheers
