You can buy swimmers everywhere in Phuket, most shops along the beach rd, Otop Markets and more expensive ones upstairs in Ocean Plaza on Beach Rd and Jungceylon shopping centre. Womens range from 250baht for bikinis and then swimming type board shorts for guys I have seen for 100baht.

Thanks a lot Cathy, so I won't buy these in Delhi. The prices look quite ok. Will some shops be open on a Sunday?

I personally don't wear any underwear. It's too hot. It gets bunched up.

Maybe someone can advise me on that?

Default What to wear??

Better to travel during the Hot and Dry Season when rainfall is minimal. Wear cotton clothes when you are going to Thailand.

At the time of year you are going, I think that most everything will be open everyday, especially in the Patong area.
