do they sell thai beers in goa?

Not that I saw... I guess they are imported to some extent into India and would probably be available at upmarket Thai restaurants (for a price), but I never ate at such venues. Tiger beer is very common; unfortunately it's brewed locally and therefore has glycerine in it, which fouls up the taste, although it's the best tasting "local" option.
