planning to go to bangkok/phuket around november is this high or low season? wot kind of weather can i expect around phuket that time of year? ha ha thousand questions.

It's the start of high (not peak) season as far as prices are concerned but the weather doesn't always know this. You should be OK though.....or maybe not, seeing as it's you.
