I watched this two part movie regarding the Tsunami in Southern Thailand, and I am wondering if the Hotel company portrayed in the movie is based on any specific real life company. I realize there are probably multiple companies guilty of such atrocious behavior, but are there any specific hotel chains that I should avoid in Thailand. I would hate to inadvertently support an immoral company. Your insights are appreciated.
