We are attending the full moon party, then the followng day we are heading to phuket/patong! Was wondering what the best way to get from sumui to phuket was? And any info on this?

Well the most convenient way is to fly there, Bangkok Airways operates 2 flights a day from Samui. One flight in the morning and one in the afternoon, check their website for pricing.

You want the best or the cheapest way? Best is to fly as Ken has mentioned, cheapest is to spend a whole day in a minibus. If you opt for minibus you can arrange that from Samui or Phangan. By the way you say FMP and say from Samui. You do know the FMPs are held at Koh Phangan not Koh Samui?
