Hi Guys,
just like to say thanks to everyone who has shared their tips, advice and experiences.
Our 40 day adventure begins on Thursday and hopefully I have remembered to pack everything.

Will give you an update while over there if I have ime or when we get back and will also let you know how the "fee free" credit card goes.....

Yes ditto ... even tho Ive just come back, Im already fantasising about where Ill go to next time!!

Hello Karin ... your timing is gr8!!!!

Ive just checked on oanda and virtually there and the AUD has finally cracked the 30bt mark - its 30.22bt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even better for your spending over there, and anybody elses! You will prob find the exchange rate even cheaper once you are there.
