Default 4 Days - Gurus Needed!!

Hey guys, I hope everyones having an awesome day!

Needing some help in planning an upcoming trip. I'm heading to Los Angeles via Thailand, and have organized with the airline for my stop in Thailand to be about 4 days.

I arrive in Bangkok early in the morning on the first day and leave from Bangkok late on the 4th day.

I have been to Bangkok in the past and have ventured down south to Koh Samui and Koh Phangan. I've experienced the party's and the extremities of Bangkok.

I am quite young and very much so adventurous though in my 4 days I would also like time to chill out and catch some sun.

So in 4 days, from your experience; what/where would you recommend doing/going thats going to see me do some adventurous stuff but also have time for me to chill out and catch some sun. By Adventurous I guess I'm looking at hiking and jungles or some diving (I've never done it before) and by catching sun I mean lazing around a beach getting a tan with a chilled beveridge by my side.

I really hope you guys can help! Any tips are welcome :)

Jon

4 days is quite short. Too short to learn to dive but you could go down to Pattaya to catch some sun or in my opinion a better 2 days spent in kanchanaburi. There it is peaceful and quiet and you can do some jungle trekking, float down the river kwai(literally on a rubber tubing), sit under some waterfalls etc. Away from people and the bustling city for a change. Why not? Enjoy
