Surely you cant close this thread yet. You still have 7 more sleeps or approx 168 hours to go!! (It gets even more exciting when you start counting in hours). I just want to second the recommendation for THe Loft, it is a truly fabulous food court experience,much better than the food court at the MBK. It is also worth looking at the Central Chidlom department store that the food court sits above, it is a bit more upmarket than MBK but we still found some excellent bargains there. It is very near to the Chidlom (aka Chit Lom) skytrain station which is only a few stops from your hotel. It is well worth the effort...try and squeeze some lunch and shopping there into your jam packed itinery.

Yes ... Central Chidlom is already in my travel diary! Im positive that Im gonna have to do a return 2 week minimum trip to Bangkok just to fit in all the great things I have listed to do!

Yesterday I surfaced with a sore throat and today it is worse, so Ive been to the Chemist to stock up on drugs! I cant believe that in 5 days time we will be at the airport. I booked this holiday way way back in September and the 7 months has gone by so fast. However ... mental note to self ... NEVER BOOK A HOLIDAY MORE THAN A FEW MONTHS BEFOREHAND ... TOO LONG TO COUNT DOWN!
