Before we travelled to India we got a friend in USA to send over Pepto Bismol tablets which were amazing in stopping bacteria infections (diahhorea/tummy bugs) for travellers. Chewed 1 tablet a day to keep the loo-runs at bay.
We are headed back to Thailand and Im wondering if the chemists in Thailand have these (lets face it they have everything else...)
