I have had work done at the Bangkok Smile Dental Clinic. Originally I made an appointment on line with them. They are very good, even my own dentist here in NZ was impressed with their work. One thing is if you are having a lot of work, you must make time for it. I had 3 appointments when I first arrived in Bangkok, for xrays, moldings, fillings etc. Then 3 weeks later I was back there and had 2 more appointments. The appointments ranged from 1-5 hours. I did have 3 crowns, some veneers, a couple of fillings and a plate refitted. The price all up, dentist, flights, accommodation was still about $500 less than just going to the dentist here. I would highly recommend getting teeth, glasses done in Thailand.

I've had work done at Smile too. It's opposite the British Embassy near Ploenchit, Very satisfied with the work they did also except that they missed a large cavity under a filling in a back molar when I went for a check up once... they found it when I went to get my teeth cleaned two months later and by then it required an expensive root canal and crown to fix. I think I had a junior dentist for the routine check up, luck of the draw. This said the quality of the actual work they did (removing old fillings and scalings) was very good and it's very popular with foreigners.

Another place I've had good work done is the Bangkok International Dental Center (BIDC) ... roughly the same price as Smile but it's a larger and state of the art specialist dental center on Ratchadapesik road.

Both these places have websites if you do a google search.
