They are welcome everywhere. When dining, most often or not the staff will take the baby/child while "mamma and pappa eat".
We never used babysitters and felt children were welcome wherever we went.
If it was me, I would bring my own baby gear over if it doesn't take up too much room .. saves any hassles, and you are already used to what you use, ie milk powders, nappies, wipes etc. If you run out, you can always top up there easily enough. Then the space you have made in your case once used can be refilled with goodies from Thailand :-)
Don't forget the suncreen.
