I heard something about domestic flights may be operating out of Don Muang soon and may be using U-Tapao as well? I am arriving from Hong Kong and have given myself two hours to connect to a domestic flight to Samui. That won't work if operations are altered. From Samui I wanted to fly into U-Tapao but it looks like all flights from April to the end of the year are marked "full". I had to book it back to BKK and figured not too big of a deal going by car to Pattaya anyway. I am assuming the non-availability is because of the anticipated heavy use of the U-Tapao airport? Anyone have some insight? I am a very happy traveler and deal very well with change, just trying to plan ahead to make things smoother. Anyone???
