I recommend the BTS wholeheartedly. After four visits to Bangkok, last time was the first time we used the BTS and we loved it. No hassle with taxi meters, jewellery shop trips, taxis and tuk tuk fumes. In fact as we walked to the BTS from our hotel, when tuk tuk drivers approached all it took was the wave of our BTS travel card and they left us alone. Brilliant. Looking forward to using this again in December. We went everywhere on it.
