It was without doubt one of the filthiest places I have ever seen. so much so that we went back to reception within 2 hrs of being there and told them that we were leaving because of these reasons and they said "Okay" without batting an eyelid - LOL.
Although not a bungalow, we did stay at Chaba Samui and it was just beautiful. Again with complete beach access, in the main shopping area and within close distance to everything. Koh Samui is quite simply beautiful.
