The economical way is to take the A/C bus (make sure it's the blue/white buses) to Kanchanaburi from the southern bus terminal, leaving every 15 minutes, takes two hours, price about 100 Baht. Arriving at the bus station in Kanchanaburi there will be plenty of 'taxis' (you'll need two, bargain for 30-40 baht a person) to take you to the war cemetary and the bridge which is located in town 2-5 km from the bus station. Train trip is leaving about 10.30 from either train station or the bridge. For the Tiger Temple trip you will need to contact one of the local tour agencies like 'Good Times Travel' (website: good-times-travel DOT com) who can take you there in the afternoon. But you do need to contact them since you seem to be pretty many people.

The convenient way will be in advance (still because of many people) to contact the tour agency to arrange everything from hotel pick up, lunch, admission fees, tour guide, transfer back to hotel and everything. For that you can try contacting the above mentioned tour agency by email or take a look at the link below for a Bangkok agency. I would say you should try to make a cheaper price since you are so many people.

Good luck - and have a good time.
