Narai Phand is next door to Gaysorn Plaza (BTS Chitlom) is the government run craft souvenir shop. It has 2 floors and a large variety of wares, all fixed price. Also in the basement is a good clothes market - a bit of a rabbit warren but prices are good and it doesn't seem to get crowded.
