I believe you will be able to get on BTS Silom skytrain line at either BTS station Chong Nonsi or BTS station Sala Daeng, which ever is nearer to you. Ride until end of line, get off at BTS Saphan Taksin. I suppose you could walk towards Oriental (Tongue Thai is around corner from Oriental) from there or jump in a tuk tuk.
