was already full when we booked along with another property that was advertised as a good special (can't remember name) so we're taking agent/wholesaler advice on where we're staying so hoping for the best. From all accounts I think you'll enjoy the Horizon - great position and in general have only heard good things.
A work colleague of my husband's is in Phuket right now so I'm waiting on a message as to how the weather is going - will post once I hear back.
Hopefully our paths may cross when over there.
