Hi Alisha,
We did Singapore, Bangkok, Cambodia and Phuket in September last year and didnt have a problem with the weather. Yes there were times it rained but it wasnt every day and it didnt ruin the holiday. (We still came back with tans from Phuket) I have info and photos from that trip last year and you can see the sun was shining a lot still.
