Hi,
I am hoping that people out there can give some advice. I am travelling to Singapore and Bangkok in Sept and I would like to stop over in Phuket but I have been reading that this is not a good time to go. I read last years reports about flooding in Koh Samui and Bangkok in. Is there any other stopovers that anyone can recommend that does not have the steady rainfall? I was thinking about Chaing Mai!
