Thanks, Fio, for both posts. It is BIH, but this is a project, not actual care, so the outpatient suites are not on. After learning a bit about the neighbourhood, I am confused by hearing a) that it is a good residential neighbourhood and (b) that it is an adult entertainment neighbourhood. Need some peace as we live local in Hong Kong, and would like a respite in Bangkok. But, heat is hard to take! So want to find a 1bdrm place that is on an aircon'd route or takes minimal time. All at 35-40k ... shucks. I have heard the best way is to get an agent, but have also found homespacethailand which looks promising. Fingers crossed!
