And loving it. Been 6 years since last visit and it's better than I remember.
Weather has been kind. No rain yet. Bit humid .. . but cooler than Middle East.
Flew the budget airline 1-2-go here from BKK. No problems there at all. Flight on time. Seat numbers allocated, small snack and drink provided. Would certainly use them again.
Staying at the Marina Phuket. Beautiful place. Excellent value for money. Great spot to eat here at the hotel called "On the Rock". Going there tonight to watch sunset from there.
Had a good night last night at a place called "The Port" on Patong Beach Road. (near McDonalds). There is an EXCELLENT band playing from Manila. Lovely fans (cooling type, not people) spraying a fine mist of water over you while you dine and drink.
